The Cozy Acre AZ (East Valley)
If your vibe is playful, intimate, and slightly whimsical, The Cozy Acre AZ is such a fun option.

For very small elopements like those with just an officiant and a photographer (I can be your officiant as well, so there’s even fewer people!), permits are often not required. But, you may need one if:
