Please read these terms carefully before completing your purchase. By registering and purchasing a ticket to the Lillian's Lens Queer Focused Photography Retreat, you agree to the following terms and conditions in full.
1. Event Details
The Lillian's Lens Queer Focused Photography Retreat takes place September 22–24, 2026 in Phoenix, Arizona. Check-in is on September 22nd and check-out is on September 24th. Styled shoots take place on September 22nd and 23rd.
The specific Airbnb address will be shared with all registered attendees no later than 30 days prior to the event.
2. Ticket Types
Four ticket options are available, as stated on your checkout page at the time of purchase. Please refer to your checkout page for the full breakdown of what is included in your specific ticket tier. All tickets are subject to these terms and conditions regardless of tier.
3. Alcohol
Alcohol will be present at this event. By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age in the state of Arizona (21+) or that you understand and accept that alcohol will be available on the premises. Lillian's Lens is not responsible for the actions of attendees in relation to alcohol consumption. Please drink responsibly.
4. Safe Space Policy
This retreat is built on the foundation that every attendee — photographer, model, couple, vendor, and guest — deserves to feel completely safe and celebrated.
This is a zero tolerance event. The following will result in immediate removal from the retreat with no refund:
Homophobic, transphobic, or discriminatory language or behavior of any kind
Harassment, intimidation, or disrespect toward any attendee, couple, vendor, or staff member
Any conduct that makes another person feel unsafe or unwelcome
There are no exceptions to this policy. If you witness behavior that makes you or someone else feel unsafe, please notify Lillian or Danielle immediately.
5. Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued for attendee cancellations. If you are unable to attend, your ticket may be transferred to another creative professional, subject to prior written approval from Lillian's Lens. To request a transfer, email lillian@lilliansstudios.com with the name and contact information of the person you wish to transfer your ticket to.
Event Cancellation by Lillian's Lens: If the retreat is cancelled by Lillian's Lens for any reason within our control, a full refund will be issued to all registered attendees. If the event is cancelled or postponed due to circumstances beyond our control — including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, acts of God, government mandates, or public health emergencies — no refunds will be issued. We will make every effort to reschedule in such circumstances.
6. Photography & Content
By attending this retreat, you agree that Lillian's Lens may photograph and/or video the event for promotional purposes, including use on social media and the Lillian's Lens website. If you have concerns about being photographed, please reach out prior to the event.
Images captured by attendees during styled shoots are for portfolio use only. Commercial use or resale of images featuring model couples requires separate written consent from those individuals.
7. Liability
Lillian's Lens is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or theft that occurs during the retreat. Attendees participate at their own risk. Lillian's Lens reserves the right to make changes to the schedule, venues, or programming as needed.
8. Agreement
By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions in full.
