TERMS & CONDITIONS

Two-Day Styled Shoot Retreat – Hosted by Lillian’s Lens
Governing Location & Law: State of Arizona

By purchasing a ticket, attending, or participating in this styled shoot retreat (“Event”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms protect the well-being, identities, rights, and safety of attendees, models, vendors, property owners, and the Event host.

1. GENERAL EVENT TERMS (APPLIES TO ALL TICKET TYPES)

Final Sale – No Refunds
All tickets are non-refundable. If you cannot attend, you may request transfer approval (see Transfer Policy). No credits, refunds, or partial refunds will be issued for any reason, including illness, travel challenges, weather conditions, or scheduling conflicts.

Reasonable Adjustments & Organizer Rights
Details including but not limited to timelines, locations, styling, concepts, set design, vendors, educators, and models may change as needed.
Adjustments do not entitle attendees to refunds. Small changes may be made at any time to honor safety, inclusion, logistics, or creative flow.

Adherence to Assignments & Venue Rules
All attendees must follow:

  • Assigned shooting groups and time rotations

  • Organizer and educator direction

  • All venue and property rules, regulations, boundaries, and safety instructions

Failure to comply may result in immediate removal without refund.

2. TRANSFER POLICY

Tickets may be transferred only with prior written approval from the Event organizer. The following apply:

  • Transfer requests must be submitted before the Event

  • The new attendee must be approved for values-alignment and safety

  • The original attendee must provide full contact information for the new attendee

  • A $50 administrative transfer fee may apply

  • Tickets cannot be split between multiple people

  • Once transferred, the original attendee forfeits all rights to attend

  • Giveaway tickets may not be transferred unless explicitly approved in writing

All financial arrangements between the original and new attendee are private; the Event is not responsible for disputes.

3. RESPECT, INCLUSION, AND COMMUNITY SAFETY

This Event is queer-focused, LGBTQIA+ affirming, trauma-aware, gender-affirming, and body-positive.

Required Conduct:

  • Respectful behavior toward all attendees, models, educators, hosts, and venue staff

  • Correct pronoun usage for all participants and models (misgendering is not permitted)

  • No hate speech, slurs, harassment, discrimination, bullying, or exclusionary behavior

Violations may result in immediate removal without refund and permanent ban from future events.

4. MODEL PROTECTION & CONSENT

All models must be treated with dignity and autonomy. Attendees agree:

  • No physical contact without explicit consent

  • No direction that is unsafe, inappropriate, or uncomfortable

  • No posing adjustments outside the Event’s creative direction

  • No asking models to opt out of behind-the-scenes footage

No Alteration of Identity or Body – With or Without Consent
You may not:

  • Edit, modify, slim, reshape, change body size or features, skin tone, gender presentation, hair, or clothing in post-production

  • Use AI to alter likenesses, generate synthetic models, or train datasets based on images captured at this Event

Content must honor and represent every person as they are.

5. CONTENT USAGE, PUBLICATION & CREDITS

Mandatory 60-Day Delay
Attendees must wait 60 days after the Event before submitting any images or video to publications.

Publication Restrictions
Submission is not permitted to:

  • Dancing With Her

  • Timothy Magazine

The organizer may add additional restricted outlets if necessary.

Required Vendor Credits
Any social post, publication, website portfolio page, or marketing material using Event images must include full vendor credit, which may include:

  • Planner

  • Venue

  • Florals

  • Gown or wardrobe

  • Beauty team

  • Rentals

  • Models (names and pronouns)

  • Any relevant vendors or creative collaborators

Failure to credit may result in written requests for correction and/or restrictions on future participation.

Prohibited Uses
You may not:

  • Sell images to brands, models, or vendors without written approval

  • Upload images to stock photography sites

  • Sell presets, paid education, or commercial products using Event content

  • Monetize Event images beyond normal portfolio or website use without permission

6. SAFETY, RISK & LIABILITY

By attending, you accept full responsibility for your participation and wellbeing.
The organizer, vendors, educators, models, and venue are not liable for:

  • Personal injury

  • Medical emergencies

  • Damaged or lost personal property

  • Equipment damage

  • Travel or lodging issues

  • Costs or damages incurred due to postponement or changes

Attendees are also responsible for following all venue rules. Any damage caused to property, décor, wardrobe, rentals, or lodging is the financial responsibility of the attendee(s) involved.

7. LODGING (IF INCLUDED WITH TICKET)

For lodging-included tickets:

  • Rooms may be shared

  • Room assignments are at the discretion of the organizer

  • Attendees are financially responsible for any lodging damage

  • Accessibility needs, allergies, or medical considerations must be communicated in advance

8. PHOTO, VIDEO & EVENT RECORDING PERMISSION

By attending, you grant the organizer permission to photograph or record you and to use such media indefinitely for advertising, portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes without limitation or compensation.

TICKET LEVELS

Full Retreat Ticket — $3,200
Includes two full shooting days, two nights lodging, lunches, one group dinner, education access, community experiences.
Must attend full schedule and group assignments.

No-Lodging Ticket — $2,500
Includes full Event access and lunches but does not include lodging or transportation.
Must arrive on time and follow all group rotations.

Day 1 Only — $950
Includes all Day 1 shoots, Day 1 education, and Day 1 lunch. No access to Day 2.

Day 2 Only — $1,450
Includes all Day 2 shoots, Day 2 education, and Day 2 lunch. No access to Day 1.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, and any dispute or legal claim shall be handled within Arizona jurisdiction.

FINAL AGREEMENT

By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you:

  • Have read and understood these Terms & Conditions

  • Agree to respect attendees, models, pronouns, and all posted rules

  • Accept full personal liability for your safety and conduct

  • Understand that any violation may result in immediate removal without refund
