Finding vendors who are welcoming and genuinely excited for your love shouldn't feel like a scavenger hunt. Every couple deserves a wedding day surrounded by people who see them, celebrate them, and know how to make them feel safe, not just tolerated. This list is for the queer couples planning their Phoenix wedding right now and wondering who to trust with the details.

I put this together because I kept getting the same question from clients: Who else can you recommend? Every vendor on this list has been vetted, either through direct experience working with them, real client feedback, or a conversation confirming they walk the walk when it comes to inclusivity. This isn't a list of businesses that slapped a rainbow flag on their Instagram bio during Pride Month. These are people who show up for queer couples year-round.

Vetting

I don't add anyone to this list just because they asked nicely. Before a vendor makes it here, I look at how they talk about couples on their own website and social media, whether their intake forms use inclusive language instead of defaulting to bride and groom, and whether they have real, verifiable experience working with LGBTQ+ couples. Most importantly, I ask around. If past queer clients felt unseen or uncomfortable, that vendor doesn't make the cut, no matter how talented they are.
